Resumen de Las complicidades de Cervantes y Jiménez Lozano: una poética de la claridad, la indulgencia y la independencia creativa

Este trabajo tiene por fin analizar los vínculos entre la narrativa de Miguel de Cervantes y la de José Jiménez Lozano. Estos se manifiestan de forma evidente, no solo a nivel textual, en obras como El mudejarillo, Maestro Huidobro, Sara de Ur o Las gallinas del Licenciado, sino también en la concepción poética y, más allá, en la forma de pensamiento y la visión el mundo. Ello nos permite comprobar la idoneidad del concepto de “complicidad”, que el autor abulense reivindica frente al clásico de “influencia literaria”, muy unido a la idea de imitación o discipulado. Los paralelismos poco estudiados de los personajes de sus novelas, cargadas de ironía y reflexión metafictiva, y también de sus vicisitudes, la función de los autores ficticios, el apego por la transparencia lingüística y la cosmovisión que todo ello expresa nos señalan un verdadero diálogo a través del tiempo entre dos escritores que se iluminan mutuamente.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the links between the narrative of Miguel de Cervantes and that of José Jiménez Lozano. These are evidently manifested, not only at the textual level, in works such as El mudejarillo, Maestro Huidobro, Sara de Ur or Las gallinas del Licenciado, but also at the level of poetic conception and, furthermore, in the way of thinking and vision of the world. This allows us to verify the suitability of the concept of “complicity”, which the author from Avila claims against the classic of “literary influence”, closely linked to the idea of imitation or discipleship. The little-studied parallels of the characters in their novels, loaded with irony and metafictional reflection, and also of their vicissitudes, the role of fictional authors, the attachment to linguistic transparency and the worldview that all this expresses point us to a true dialogue through time between two writers who enlighten each other.
