    No se trata de que, jugando al fútbol, los hijos logren aquello que sus padres no pudieron conseguir. El objetivo de la práctica deportiva no es ganar mucho dinero para poder retirarse o tener reconocimiento público. Ajustar las expectativas de padres, madres, niños y niñas a la realidad es crucial para poder aprovechar los valores educativos del deporte, que priman la importancia del esfuerzo, la disciplina y la autoexigencia por encima del éxito.
