La cognición corporizada destaca el papel del cuerpo en el pensamiento, que estaría así basado en sus interacciones con el entorno físico. A veces el cuerpo expresa lo que la mente no puede, no sabe, o no ha descubierto todavía. Hay bases científicas para pensar que estimulación sensoriomotora podría ser un aspecto fundamental en la comprensión del mundo. Se reabre nuevamente el debate sobre la separación mente-cuerpo.

Embodied cognition highlights the role of the body in thinking, which would thus be based on its interactions with the physical environment. Sometimes the body expresses what the mind cannot, does not know, or has not yet discovered. There are scientific bases to think that sensorimotor stimulation could be a fundamental aspect in understanding the world. The debate on the mind-body separation is reopened.
