Resumen de La capacitación y superación en comunicación en instituciones educativas de Cienfuegos

  El campo académico de la comunicación ha sido estudiado teóricamente en Cuba desde varias perspectivas, siendo insuficiente su análisis en instituciones educativas que contribuyen a su enriquecimiento. Se considera pertinente hacer análisis internos y externos de la estructuración de este campo, teniendo en cuenta la importancia de dicha práctica, pero desde contextos diferentes. Para ello, se investiga el campo educativo de la comunicación en la provincia de Cienfuegos en centros que ofrecen capacitación y superación profesional. Se toman como unidades de análisis tres centros autorizados para la enseñanza de la comunicación, tales como, la UEB (Unidad Empresarial de Base) Escuela de Capacitación, el Centro de Capacitación para el Turismo Cienfuegos y el Instituto Provincial de Estudios Laborales (IPEL), quienes mantienen intercambios académicos con la Universidad de Cienfuegos. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la estructuración del campo educativo de la comunicación hacia lo externo de la academia. La investigación se asume desde una perspectiva cualitativa, utilizando como técnicas la revisión bibliográfico-documental, observación participante, entrevista en profundidad y triangulación de datos. Además, como resultado se identifican y caracterizan las prácticas educativas en comunicación que se realizan en estos centros y la estructuración de este campo de estudios en Cienfuegos.

  The academic field of communication has been theoretically studied in Cuba from various perspectives, its analysis being insufficient in educational institutions that contribute to its enrichment. It is considered pertinent to make internal and external analyzes of the structuring of this field, taking into account the importance of said practice, but from different contexts. For this, the educational field of communication in the province of Cienfuegos is investigated in centers that offer training and professional improvement. Three authorized centers for the teaching of communication are taken as units of analysis, such as the UEB (Base Business Unit) Training School, the Cienfuegos Tourism Training Center and the Provincial Institute of Labor Studies (IPEL), who maintain academic exchanges with the University of Cienfuegos. The objective of this study is to analyze the structuring of the educational field of communication towards the outside of the academy. The research is assumed from a qualitative perspective, using bibliographic-documentary review, participant observation, in-depth interview and data triangulation as techniques. In addition, as a result, the educational practices in communication that are carried out in these centers and the structuring of this field of study in Cienfuegos are identified and characterized.
