    Contextualization: During 2019 there were 4 275 deaths due to AMI, having decreased by 7.5% compared to 2018 (INE, 2021). Angioplasty has reduced the morbidity and mortality of this pathology; however it is not risks free. With this literature review, we intend to identify the nursing interventions for patients with postangioplasty AMI in the ICU, focusing on the prevention and treatment of possible complications, on training the patient for self-care; Goal: To identify nursing interventions for patients suffering from AMI after angioplasty in the ICU; Methodology: This narrative literature review was prepared; the survey took place through CINAHL Complete and MEDLINE Complete. The time limit concerns 2016 and 2021, including articles written in Portuguese, English and Spanish. We used gray literature to supplement information; Results: The research resulted in 16 articles, related to nursing interventions for patients suffering from AMI after angioplasty. These interventions include hemodynamic monitoring, prevention of complications, including hemorrhage, hematoma, pain control, anxiety management and teaching to increase health literacy; Final considerations:  Through the critical analysis of the literature with clinical practice in the internship, it was possible to infer that the nurse is the intervener in a continuum of care, ranging from the reception, to the intra and post-procedure period, to the clarifications at discharge and the post-discharge follow-up. They determine a set of important interventions that can be divided into 4 central groups of actions with health gains, which are, Prevention of complications and organization of nursing care, Patient satisfaction, Promotion of health, well-being and self-care and functional readaptation.

    Contextualização: Durante 2019 houve 4 275 mortes devido a EAM, tendo diminuído 7,5% em relação a 2018 (INE, 2021). A angioplastia reduziu a morbilidade e mortalidade desta patologia; contudo não está isenta de riscos. Com esta revisão narrativa pretende-se identificar as intervenções de enfermagem nos doentes com EAM pós-angioplastia na UCI, concentrando-se na prevenção e tratamento de possíveis complicações, através do ensino ao doente para o autocuidado; Objetivo: Identificar intervenções de enfermagem para doentes com EAM após a angioplastia na UCI; Metodologia: Realizou-se a recolha de dados desta revisão narrativa da literatura através da CINAHL Complete e MEDLINE Complete. Estabeleceu-se o limite temporal entre 2016 e 2021, incluindo artigos escritos em português, inglês e espanhol. Utilizou-se literatura cinzenta para complementar a informação; Resultados: A investigação resultou em 16 artigos, relacionados com intervenções de enfermagem após angioplastia em doentes que sofrem de EAM. Estas intervenções incluem monitorização hemodinâmica, prevenção de complicações, incluindo hemorragia, hematoma, controlo da dor, gestão da ansiedade e ensino para aumentar a literacia em saúde; Considerações finais: Através da análise crítica da literatura com a prática clínica, foi possível inferir que os enfermeiros são intervenientes num cuidado contínuo, desde a admissão, ao período intra e pós-procedimento, até aos esclarecimentos na alta e ao acompanhamento pós-alta. Determinaram-se um conjunto de intervenções importantes que podem ser divididas em 4 grupos centrais de ação com ganhos de saúde, identificando-se a Prevenção de complicações e organização dos cuidados de enfermagem, Satisfação do doente e Promoção da saúde, bem-estar e autocuidado e readaptação funcional
