    El término “Long Covid” se utiliza para denominar a los signos y síntomas producidos por el Covid-19 que aparecen desde la cuarta semana y pueden durar más de doce semanas. Entre estos síntomas se incluyen disnea, fatiga e intolerancia al ejercicio.

    En este artículo se presenta el caso de una mujer de 46 años afectada de Long Covid con neumonía bilateral de pulmón, los síntomas que presenta y el tratamiento fisioterapéutico llevado a cabo tanto de forma ambulatoria como domiciliaria.

    “Long Covid” is used to refer to the signs and symptoms produced by Covid-19 that appear from the fourth week and can last for more than twelve weeks. These symptoms include dyspnea, fatigue and exercise intolerance.

    This article presents the case of a 46 year old woman infected with Long Covid with bilateral lung pneumonia. The symptoms she presents and the physiotherapeutic treatment carried out at the hospital and at home.
