La sociedad postmoderna

    El objetivo de este artículo es analizar el significado del término postmodernidad. Dicho término adquiere plenamente sentido en el contexto de las transformaciones o reestructuraciones que acaecieron en Occidente a partir de la desaceleración económica de la década de los setenta del siglo XX. Esta contextualización nos permite detallar los rasgos característicos de la denominada sociedad postmoderna. Sociedad que resulta ser el nuevo escenario para la acumulación del capital, y que, por otra parte, dicho escenario supera a la acumulación a escala nacional, característica de la etapa de formación de mercados interiores propia de la primera modernidad. Por tanto, este trabajo argumenta que la acumulación a escala mundial tiene su máxima expresión en la narrativa postmoderna.

    The objective of this article is to analyses the meaning of the term postmodernity. This term acquires sense fully in the context of the transformations or reorganizations that happened in West starting from the economic deceleration of the decade of seveney in the XX century. This context allows us to detail the characteristic features of the denominated postmodern society. Society that turns out to be the new scenario for the accumulation of the capital, and that, on the other hand, this scenario overcomes to the accumulation to national scale, characteristic of the stage of formation of inner markets and it is of the first modernity own. Therefore, this work argues that the accumulation climbs World-wide has its maximum expression in the postmodern narrative.
