  Para evaluar pacientes lesionados medulares se necesitan más investigaciones quepermitan realizar ese propósito. El objetivo de este trabajo es validar una prueba queevalué físico funcional y clasifique el grado validismo de personas que tengan unatetraparesia por lesión medular. El test se confeccionó mediante el criterio de expertos,solicitando la opinión a 25 especialistas que tenían al menos cinco años trabajando con estalesión, para ello se utilizó el coeficiente de concordancia entre los expertos. Para hallar lavalidez del test se utilizó la correlación producto momento de Bravais Pearson,correlacionando el test elaborado con el Índice de Barthel y también se determinó suconfiabilidad a través del análisis de varianza. La muestra estuvo constituida por 79pacientes, de ambos sexos y con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y 39. Los resultadosobtenidos demuestran la excelente confiabilidad y validez que presenta el test que sepropone.

  To evaluate patients with spinal cord injuries, more research is needed to achieve thispurpose. The objective of this work is to validate a test that evaluates functional physicalfitness and classifies the degree of validity of people who have quadriparesis due to spinalcord injury. The test was prepared using expert criteria, requesting the opinion of 25specialists who had at least five years working with this injury. For this, the agreementcoefficient between the experts was used. To find the validity of the test, the Bravais Pearson product moment correlation was used, correlating the test developed with theBarthel Index and its reliability was also determined through the analysis of variance. Thesample consisted of 79 patients, of both sexes and aged between 18 and 39. The resultsobtained demonstrate the excellent reliability and validity of the proposed test.
