Las usurpaciones de los derechos de propiedad industrial (IPRs.) a través de las mercancías falsificadas han sido siempre muy numerosas, y se han ido incrementando con los años. Por esta razón, el Ministerio de Industria. Comercio y Turismo, de un lado, y la Oficina.Española de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM), de otro, han preparado conjuntamente un plan que abarca la observancia de los derechos de propiedad industrial en todos sus diferentes aspectos de manera global. Este trabajo pretende analizar la Agenda 2023-2026 y determinar su entidad y su alcance efectivos de cara al futuro. Finalmente, se formula una valoración crítica.

Infringement of intellectual property rights (IPRs.) through counterfeit goods has always been really high, and has been increasing over the years. That is why the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, on one side, and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), on the other, have jointly developed a plan that covers all different aspects of the enforcement of IPRs. as a whole. This paper aims to analyze the 2023-2026 Agenda and to determine its real reach and significance for the future. Finally, a critical assessment of it was posed.
