    Objetivo: La investigacion tuvo como objetivo analizar los efectos psicológicos frente a la presencialidad post pandemia en enfermería técnica, para crear posteriormente un plan de acción que alivie el estado mental de los estudiantes y puedan culminar satisfactoriamente sus estudios patrón que servirá para otras instituciones con estudiantes del área de salud. Metodología: El paradigma fue interpretativo, enfoque cualitativo, investigación básica, nivel descriptivo con diseño hermenéutico, aplicándose la entrevista a profundidad y como instrumento la guía de entrevista. Resultados: Se evidenció que frente a la presencialidad existen experiencias en los participantes que han dejado una profunda huella amenazante en su personalidad haciéndolo susceptible a presentar ciertos cambios al revivirla que podría cambiar el curso de sus objetivos.  Conclusión: Las experiencias en la pandemia ha marcado a cada participante de manera muy significativa donde muchos reconocen haber estado en algún momento en crisis mental, pero han tratado de superarla poniendo de su parte fortalezas y es lo que han demostrado a través del esfuerzo en los estudios.

    Objective: The objective of the research was to analyze the psychological effects of post-pandemic presence in technical nursing, to subsequently create an action plan that relieves the mental state of the students so they can successfully complete their studies, a pattern that will serve other institutions with students in the area. of health. Methodology: The paradigm was interpretive, qualitative approach, basic research, descriptive level with hermeneutical design, applying in-depth interview and the interview guide as an instrument. Results: It was evident that in the face of presence there are experiences in the participants that have left a deep threatening mark on their personality, making them susceptible to presenting certain changes when reliving it that could change the course of their objectives. Conclusion: The experiences in the pandemic have marked each participant in a very significant way where many acknowledge having been in a mental crisis at some point, but they have tried to overcome it by putting their strengths on their side and this is what they have demonstrated through the effort in the studies.
