Resumen de El proceso de amistad en el preescolar y las voces de las niñas y los niños mediante el enfoque mosaico

  Estudios concernientes a la niñez han sido comúnmente realizados con los criterios y visión de los adultos, quienes explican sus hallazgos sobre las y los niños sin haber considerado su opinión y puntos de vista. Este estudio pretende describir el proceso mediante el cual un grupo de niñas y niños de un preescolar privado del Estado de México, revelaron la importancia de la amistad. Mediante el enfoque mosaico pudieron participar no sólo como sujetos de estudio, sino como coinvestigadores activos. Esta metodología se convirtió en una herramienta accesible que retoma y respeta la voz de quienes participan, así como de sus pensamientos y sentimientos. Entre los hallazgos se encontró que las y los niños se interesan en participar activamente en la investigación, son capaces de apropiarse del uso de una cámara fotográfica, la grabadora y de algún tipo de libreta para plasmar sus dibujos, esquemas, sociogramas o representaciones visuales, sin la necesidad de conocer la lectoescritura, para comunicar sus ideas, intereses, gustos y preferencias, dejando con ello constancia del desarrollo de sus habilidades investigativas.

  Studies concerning children have commonly been carried out with the criteria and vision of adults, who explain their findings about children without having considered their opinion and points of view. This study aims to describe the process through which a group of children from a private preschool in the State of Mexico revealed the importance of friendship. Through the mosaic approach, they were able to participate not only as study subjects but as active co-researchers. This methodology became an accessible tool that takes up and respects the voice of those who participate, as well as their thoughts and feelings. Among the findings, it was found that children are interested in actively participating in research, and they are able to appropriate the use of a camera, a recorder, and some type of notebook to capture their drawings, diagrams, sociograms, or visual representations, without the need to know literacy, to communicate their ideas, interests, tastes, and preferences, thereby leaving evidence of the development of their investigative skills.
