Resumen de Uma metassíntese da produção acadêmica sobre a formação docente do engenheiro civil

  Considering that the teacher of the civil engineering course has only a bachelor's degree as his basictraining (and not a degree), thus not having a didactic-pedagogical education, the objective of this article is to investigate and raise research that contributes to the discussion on the education of the engineer who became a teacher. To achieve our objective, we carried out a state of the art and subsequently a meta-synthesis analysis, presenting the most relevant works that address the subject. From this work, we can see that in all research it is clear that the engineering teacher lacks pedagogical training, as well as the practice of classes, based on the experience of former teachers during the undergraduate period. Thus, the need for further pedagogical development, in continued education, was identified.

  Considerando que o professor do curso de engenharia civil tem como sua formação básica apenas o bacharelado (e não a licenciatura), não possuindo, desse modo, uma formação didático-pedagógica, o objetivo deste artigo é investigar pesquisas que contribuam para a discussão sobre a formação do engenheiro que se tornou professor. Para atingir nosso objetivo, realizamos um estado da arte e posteriormente a análise metassíntese, apresentando os trabalhos mais relevantes que abordam o assunto. A partir deste trabalho, podemos verificar que em todas as pesquisas fica clara a falta da formação pedagógica do professor engenheiro, também a prática das aulas, tendo como base a experiência dos antigos professores durante o período de graduação. Constatou-se, assim, a necessidade de um aprofundamento pedagógico, em uma formação continuada.
