La construcción escolar de la estructura sociolingüística

    La estructura sociolingüística está conformada por la lengua, su uso y desarrollo dentro de un ámbito social y cultural, enmarcado por el factor tiempo-espacio Este trabajo pretende indagar dentro del sistema educativo paraguayo la manera en que su acción produce y reproduce la estructura sociolingüística. Para el efecto, en el documento se propone la utilización de una metodología cualitativa, descriptiva de corta transversal. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista a profundidad y el instrumento fue un cuestionario de 13 preguntas abiertas, en cuanto a la población se consideraron para el estudio a la Escuela Básica Nº 712 San Francisco de Asís y Escuela Básica Nº 1085 Privada Subvencionada Parroquial La Inmaculada, ambas ubicadas en el distrito de Eusebio Ayala, Departamento de Cordillera en el año 2021, en ellas fueron tres docentes y tres directores de colegios, 12 estudiantes con sus respectivos padres. Como hallazgo se determina que, al tratarse de una cultura bilingüe diglósica, el sistema educativo a través de la escuela y sus agentes, reproduce dicha estructura en tanto responde a la lengua dominante. Como conclusión se establece que, en base al elemento sociolingüístico de dominio cultural, denominado diglosia, el sistema educativo plantea, la estructura de los componentes educacionales y sobre su influencia, se construyen y reconstruyen las subjetividades de los sujetos. Las competencias lingüísticas se hallan construidas sobre los cimientos del capital cultural dominante y este guía el derrotero del sistema educativo.

    The sociolinguistic structure is made up of language, its use and development within a social and cultural environment, framed by the time-space factor. This paper aims to investigate within the Paraguayan educational system the way in which its action produces and reproduces the sociolinguistic structure. For this purpose, the paper proposes the use of a qualitative, descriptive, cross-sectional methodology. The technique employed was the in-depth interview and the instrument was a questionnaire of 13 open-ended questions. As for the population, the study considered for the study were Basic School Nº 712 San Francisco de Asís and Basic School Nº 1085 Private Subsidized Parochial School La Inmaculada, both located in the district of Eusebio Ayala, Department of Cordillera, in the year 2021, in which there were three teachers and three school principals, 12 students with their respective parents. As a finding, it was determined that, being a diglossic bilingual culture, the educational system, through the school and its agents, reproduces this structure insofar as it responds to the dominant language. As a conclusion, it is established that based on the sociolinguistic element of cultural domain, called diglossia, the educational system proposes the structure of the educational components and on its influence, the subjectivities of the subjects are constructed and reconstructed. Linguistic competences are built on the foundations of the dominant cultural capital and this guides the course of the educational system.
