Resumen de Gobernanza del agua: humedal Jaboque. PILEO – PRAE del Colegio Charry Institución Educativa Distrital

Es pertinente informar que el articulo emerge de la sistematización e interpretación de resultados del proyecto ambiental educativo del Colegio Charry que tiene como propósito la formulación de explicaciones sobre el humedal Jaboque desde una visión de comprensión humana. El diseño metodológico asume el paradigma interpretativo con la intención de re – significar las formulaciones explicativas elaboradas por los y las estudiantes de grado noveno. Para ello se elabora una secuencia de actividades a través de un recurso educativo digital, el cual desarrolla el procesamiento de información especializada y publica sobre el contenido biológico–ecológico y ambiental del humedal Jaboque. Este humedal de la localidad de Engativá pertenece a la red de protección hídrica de la Secretaría Ambiental de Bogotá, siendo un cuerpo de agua aledaño al barrio Garcés Navas donde se encuentra el colegio. La interpretación de los datos tiene en cuenta el análisis del contenido para determinar la red de conceptos relacionados en las explicaciones y los aspectos estructurantes de biopoder que están relacionados con la gobernanza del agua. En cuanto a los resultados se establece que las formulaciones explicativas incorporan nuevos conceptos en la medida que interaccionan con la nueva información, así mismo el conjunto de explicaciones dan cuenta de relaciones de dominación asociado a la autoconservación frente al humedal Jaboque. Por último, se concluye que la objetivación de las explicaciones complementa y amplia la comprensión subjetivada sobre la realidad observada de los y las estudiantes sobre el humedal, asimismo, el desarrollo de la comprensión depende de la acción relacional entre el conocimiento ontológico y el conocimiento epistémico, que es propia del sujeto y de la interacción con los demás.

It is pertinent to inform that the article emerges from the systematization and interpretation of the results of the educational environmental project of the CharrySchool, whose purpose is the formulation of explanations about the Jaboque wetland from a vision of human understanding. The methodological design assumes the interpretative paradigm with the intention of re-meaning the explanatory formulations elaborated by the ninth-grade students. For this, a sequence of activities is elaborated through a digital educational resource, which develops the processing of specialized and public information on the biological-ecological and environmental content of the Jaboque wetland. This wetland in the town of Engativá belongs to the water protection network of the Bogota Environmental Secretariat, being a body of water adjacent to the Garces Navas neighborhood where the school is located. The interpretation of the data takes into account the analysis of the content to determine the network of related concepts in the explanations and the structuring aspects of biopower that are related to water governance. Regarding the results, it is established that the explanatory formulations incorporate new concepts to the extent that they interact with the new information, likewise the set of explanations account for relations of domination associated with self-preservation in front of the Jaboque wetland. Finally, it is concluded that the objectification of the explanations complements and broadens the subjectivized understanding of the observed reality of the students about the wetland, likewise, the development of human understanding depends on the relational action between ontological knowledge and knowledge epistemic, which is proper to the subject and the interaction with others.
