    El presente artículo considera y se propone como una reflexión con la cual se pretende establecer una relación entre las distintas escuelas y pensamientos filosóficos, y su impacto en la ciencia administrativa. Metodológicamente se parte de una revisión en el tiempo de la literatura relacionada con los diferentes postulados que se presentan en las distintas escuelas filosóficas a lo largo del tiempo construyendo un marco conceptual temporal y sobre el cual se plantea reflexiones a la luz pensamiento administrativo, estratégico y gerencial actual. Dicho recorrido histórico de la filosofía se estructura a partir de las distintas épocas filosóficas divididas en cuatro momentos: época antigua, hasta 430 d. C.; época medievalidad, desde el 430 d. C. hasta 1453; época moderna, desde 1453 hasta segunda revolución industrial (1914) y la época contemporánea, desde 1914 hasta hoy. De esta manera el documento refleja un hilo de pensamiento delas distintas posturas y pensamientos de autores representantes según la distribución descritay acto seguido la reflexión acerca de los elementos administrativos que reflejan esa línea de pensamiento. La administración, por tanto, no ha tenido una definición unívoca, pero la filosofía y el pensamiento de grandes personajes le han ido brindando, a lo lago de la historia, y los fundamentos epistemológicos permite aportar a convertirse en lo que es hoy: una ciencia reflexiva, conceptual y práctica.

    This article considersandit is proposed as a reflection with which it is intended to establish a relationship between the different schools and philosophical thoughts, and their impact on administrative science. Methodologically, it starts from a review over time of the literature related to the different postulates that are presented in the different philosophical schools over time, building a temporary conceptual framework and on which reflections are raised in the light of administrative, strategic and current manager. This historical tour of philosophy is structured from the different philosophical eras divided into four moments: ancient times, up to 430 d. c.; Medieval times, from 430 AD. C. until 1453; modern times, from 1453 to the second industrial revolution (1914) and contemporary times, from 1914 to today. In this way, the document reflects a thread of thought of the different positions and thoughts of representative authors according to the distribution described and immediately afterwards the reflection on the administrative elements that reflect this line of thought. Administration, therefore, has not had an unequivocal definition, but the philosophy and thought of great figures have provided it, throughout history, and the epistemological foundations allow it to contribute to becoming what it is today: a science. reflective, conceptual and practical.
