En el presente trabajo se plantea como al paradigma del código velezano le sucede el nuevo Código civil y comercial argentino. La necesidad de que dicha evolución sea acompañada por la labor de los romanistas, analizando los institutos del nuevo ordenamiento y su relación con las fuentes romanas. Deteniéndonos en esta oportunidad en la figura del mandato.
