    En la Murcia del siglo XIII confluyó una diversidad de situaciones políticas y ordenamientos: la capital musulmana independiente, el protectorado de Castilla, la incorporación plena a esta Corona. El presente trabajo tiende, pues, una mirada jurídica de conjunto sobre la centuria, con la sucesiva hegemonía y vigencia de los ordenamientos islámico y castellano, más el minoritario y paralelo uso y vigor de los estatutos judío, mozárabe y mudéjar en las respectivas colonias. Además, al atender a sus interrelaciones, tampoco se desdeña una noción particularizada de cada uno de estos sistemas.

    In the city of Murcia in the 13th century, a diversity of political situations and legal systems converged: the independent Muslim capital, the protectorate of Castile, full incorporation into this Crown. The present work tends, therefore, a legal overview of the century, with the successive hegemony and validity of the Islamic and Castilian legal systems, plus the minority and parallel use and force of the Jewish, Mozarabic and Mudejar statutes in the respective colonies. In addition, when attending to their interrelationships, a particularized notion of each of these systems is not disregarded either.
