  • THE RECEPTION SYSTEM AFTER THE CUTRO DECREE Immigration policy, from solidarity and integration needs to those of security and border control, with the launch of the so-called Cutro decree, has reduced the range of the so-called balancing interests and taking a drastic direction, which also appears monothematic:

    the dismantling of the open system, centered on the reception of foreigners. Now the socalled administrative detention included in the C.P.R. and the category of “safe country of origin”. But all this matter has become sub judice, and like a review filter, of the approach set up in jurisprudential discourse.
