    En este artículo se pretende analizar cómo se materializa la protección del interés superior del menor en la mediación familiar abordándolo desde una doble perspectiva. Por una parte, el derecho del menor a ser oído en un procedimiento de mediación familiar. Por otra parte, la necesidad de que el acuerdo de mediación se adecúe al interés superior del menor y el posible control por el mediador a tales efectos.

    This article aims to analyze how the protection of the best interests of the minor is materialized in family mediation, approaching it from a double perspective. On the one hand, the right of the minor to be heard in a family mediation procedure. On the other hand, the need for the mediation agreement to be adapted to the best interests of the child and the possible control by the mediator for such purposes.
