    El presente artículo pretende dar a conocer la figura del insigne andoaindarra afincado en Cádiz, D. Sebastián de Leiza y Latijera, quien en su memoria testamentaria -incluída al final del artículo- dotará a su pueblo natal de una preceptoría de Gramática.

    The present article pretends to make known the figure of the eminent andoainer, settled in Cadiz, Mr. Sebastian de Leiza y Latijera, who will endow to his natal village with a Grammar school-class, as is proved in his testament, included at the end of the article.
