  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar la gestión del talento humano: Una vía para el desarrollo de organizaciones educativas exitosas.El desarrollo de esta investigación se basó en el enfoque cuantitativo, el proceso de investigación consistió en las medidas numéricas utilizadas en la recolección de datos, de la encuesta aplicada a 120 docentes de distintas instituciones educativas.Además, se apoyóen la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Caracterizada a su vez, por ser de tipo descriptiva al presentar una descripción puntual de la relevancia y pertinencia dentro del contexto actual. Se planteóademás el método analítico-sintético.Se concluye que, el conocimiento organizativo, es importante para otorgar sentido de dirección a través de directrices, canales, procedimientos y recursos que permitan crear condiciones óptimas para potencializar el flujo de conocimiento en que puedan surgir cuando se brinda la oportunidad de participar activamente en la planificación y coordinación de las acciones a seguir.

  The general objective of the research was to analyze the management of human talent: A way for the development of successful educational organizations. The development of this research was based on the quantitative approach, the research process consisted of the numerical measures used in data collection, from the survey applied to 120 teachers from different educational institutions. In addition, it was supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In turn, it was characterized as descriptive by presenting a precise description of the relevance and pertinence within the current context. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that organizational knowledge is important to provide a sense of direction through guidelines, channels, procedures and resources that allow the creation of optimal conditions to enhance the flow of knowledge that may arise when the opportunity to actively participate in the planning and coordination of the actions to be taken is provided.
