En este estudio introductorio sobre la tesis doctoral del Prof. Dr. Manuel Torres López, titulada Memoria Doctoral. Las acciones noxales en el Derecho romano, se va a abordar la figura académica de su autor - rescatando menciones de otras figuras de su tiempo - observar la bibliografía más importante que trabajó, así como mencionar las fuentes que utilizó en esta obra. Finalmente, se abordará la noxalidad con base en la tesis de Torres López, junto a lo señalado por otros autores que cita, además de incorporarse trabajos y obras más modernas sobre la materia.

In this introductory study about Manuel Torres López’s doctoral thesis, entitled Memoria Doctoral. Las acciones noxales en el Derecho romano, we will attend to the academic figure of its author - rescuing mentions about him from other figures of his time -, observe the most important bibliography he worked on in this thesis, and also allude to the sources he used in this specific work. Finally, the noxality will be analysed using as basis Torres López’s thesis, as well as the works or thoughts of other academic authors that he quotes, integrating modern works about this subject.
