  • The article analyzes the innovations contained in the recent d.l. no. 48/2023, converted with amendments by l. no. 85/2023, on health and safety at work, with particular reference to the amendments to Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and the regulation of risk prevention and in-surance protection for Path for transversal skills and orientation.
