  • Resumen
    • The essay analyses some aspects of Labour law in the ecological transition. After noting that the EU and Italy are committed to achieving a «just transition» through various legislative measures, the study specifically focuses on the reform of Articles 9 and 41 of the Constitution and the development model that arises from the shift to a more sustainable production system. The article then addresses the protection of worker safety and the external environment in rela-tion to both the law and collective agreements. Other aspects are also examined, such as green jobs and the role of collective agreements, including the way in which they discipline green bonuses. The study then delves into legal disciplines that can facilitate the conversion to more ecological production methods, such as cassa integrazioni guadagni and others. Finally, the essay offers some concluding remarks and highlights how the ecological transition could pro-mote greater collaboration and reduced conflict in employment contracts.
