    Presentamos el estudio del jarro metálico que contenía el tesoro de dírhams califales, aparecido en el Parque Cruz Conde de Córdoba. Analizamos sus precedentes tipológicos bizantinos y sus paralelos coetáneos islámicos orientales. De igual forma, se efectúa una revisión de las posibles rutas de su llegada: desde las costas del Mediterráneo oriental o por el Atlántico en alguna de las diversas incursiones que realizaron los vikingos en las costas de al-Andalus llegando a saquear la propia ciudad de Sevilla. Por último, proponemos el contexto histórico de su llegada a la Península.

    We present a study of the metal jug containing the Caliphate dirham hoard found in the Parque Cruz Conde in Córdoba. We analyse its Byzantine typological precedents and its contemporary Eastern Islamic parallels. Likewise, a review is made of the possible routes of its arrival: from the coasts of the eastern Mediterranean or via the Atlantic in one of the various incursions that the Vikings made on the coasts of al-Andalus even sacking the city of Seville itself. Finally, we propose the historical context of its arrival in the Peninsula
