Resumen de Propuesta metodológica para la migración de servicios de TI a un entorno de Cloud Computing

  El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal proponer un método para la migración de los servicios de Tecnologías de la Información de una organización hacia un entorno de cloud computing, considerando su viabilidad a través de su criticidad y características técnicas. Para ello, se definirán las diferentes etapas del método. Se realizará una caracterización de la organización, identificando los servicios de TI y su relación con los objetivos estratégicos de la misma. Una vez identificados, se procederá a analizar la criticidad de los mismos mediante un método que considera parámetros como amenazas, probabilidad de ocurrencia, tolerancia al riesgo e impacto en la organización. En la etapa final se definirá el entorno de nube adecuado considerando los modelos de servicio e implementación de cloud computing, la definición de acuerdos de nivel de servicio y un plan de ejecución de la misma para la organización.

  The main objective of this study is to propose a method for the migration of Information Technology services from an organization to a cloud computing environment, considering its viability through its criticality and technical characteristics. For this, the different stages of the method will be defined. A characterization of the organization will be carried out, identifying the IT services and their relation with the strategic objectives of the same. Once identified, it will proceed to analyze the criticality of the same by means of a method that considers parameters such as threats, probability of occurrence, tolerance to risk and impact on the organization. In the final stage the appropriate cloud environment will be defined considering the service models and implementation of cloud computing, the definition of service level agreements and a plan of execution of the same for the organization
