Resumen de Debate and speech communication

Arthur N. Kruger

  • This article deplores the suggestion that debaters should place less emphasis on logical arguments because judges and audiences in general are presumably incapable of understanding such arguments. It concludes that much contemporary Speech‐Communication research is indifferent to norms, is anti‐intellectual, and is leading the speech profession into areas where it does not belong.
