En este trabajo analizaremos la consolidación patrimonial del Complejo Escuela Hogar Eva Perón de la ciudad de Paraná, provincia de Entre Ríos. El Complejo fue construido por la Fundación Eva Perón en la década de 1950, pero debido a las políticas de censura implementadas por el Golpe de Estado de 1955, no pudo ser inaugurado oficialmente hasta el año 1960. Aunque ha estado en funcionamiento desde entonces, su importancia histórica, social y arquitectónica fue reconocida institucionalmente en el año 2007 cuando fue declarado Bien de Interés Histórico-Arquitectónico por la Ley Nro. 26.291. Nos centraremos en analizar los elementos constitutivos de la legislación, que posicionan al Complejo como un patrimonio cultural destacado por su valor testimonial sobre la obra de la Fundación Eva Perón, y por su relevancia para la memoria colectiva.

In this study, we will analyze the heritage consolidation of the Eva Perón Home School Complex in the city of Paraná, Entre Ríos Province. The Complex was built by the Eva Perón Foundation in the 1950s, but due to the censorship policies implemented by the 1955 coup d'état, it couldn't be officially inaugurated until the year 1960. Although it has been operational since then, its historical, social, and architectural significance was institutionally recognized in 2007 when it was declared a Cultural Heritage Site of Historical and Architectural Interest under Law No. 26.291. We will focus on analyzing the constituent elements of the legislation that position the Complex as a cultural heritage of note for its testimonial value regarding the work of the Eva Perón Foundation, and for its relevance to collective memory.
