    Portoviejo- Manabí, la zona urbana de la ciudad establece un principal problema, que es la congestión vehicular, por lo tanto, proyecta una ciudad muy transitada, este proyecto se basa e identificar el problema causado por el tráfico con el fin de llegar a una mejora para la zona y para el conductor, se presenta este conflicto por la comercialización y ventas por lo que se presenta el movimiento concurrentes de vehículos, transportes y comerciantes, siendo este un centro comercial asentado en medio de la ciudad. El objetivo de este proyecto se presenta en analizar, evaluar y proponer la reducción del embotellamiento vehicular entre las calles alrededor del centro comercial 1 (CC1) e identificando el problema dándole una solución de ordenamiento vial a una posible futura congestión vehicular, teniendo en cuenta el nivel de servicio que llegue a brindar dicha intersección congestionada. La metodología es basada a la recolección de datos reales obtenidos diariamente durante siete días consecutivos en horarios pico, de esa manera se obtiene el volumen del aforo vehicular y el nivel de servio de la y/o las calles con mayor congestionamiento, llegando a la conclusión de una mejora en el tiempo de semáforos en las horas de alta dificultad para dichas calles y así teniendo un mejor ambiente de circulación entre conductores.

    Portoviejo- Manabí, the urban area of the city establishes a main problem, which is vehicle congestion, therefore, it projects a very trafficked city, this project is based on identifying the problem caused by traffic with the aim of getting to a It improves for the area and for the driver, this conflict arises over commercialization and sales due to the concurrent movement of vehicles, transport and traders, this being a commercial center located in the middle of the city. The objective of this project is to analyze, evaluate and propose the reduction of vehicular congestion between the streets around shopping center 1 (CC1) and identifying the problem by providing a road ordering solution to a possible future vehicular congestion, considering it level of service that reaches a congested intersection. The methodology is based on the collection of real data obtained daily during seven consecutive days at peak times, in this way the volume of vehicle energy and the level of service on the streets with the greatest congestion are obtained, leading to the conclusion of an improvement in the time of traffic lights in the hours of high difficulty for dichas streets and thus providing a better circulation environment between drivers.
