    La cuestión a debatirse es que si después que el candidato ha prometido a sus electores un conjunto de actividades de gestión es saber aproximadamente si estará en condiciones de satisfacer lo que ha prometido a sus votantes que a decir verdad a muchos de ellos pareciera no importarles mucho el cumplimiento de las ofertas electorales, puesto que regularmente votan y vuelven a votar a partidos y personajes que les han defraudado o engañado una y otra vez. Sin embargo, ello no obsta para reconocer que el derecho a elegir es la columna vertebral de la democracia, y ello implica no solo la obligación de elegir lo mejor posible sino que el Presidente elegido asuma la responsabilidad política de cumplir los compromisos, expresados en promesas, programas, coherentes con el ideario político propio.

    The question to be debated is that if after the candidate has promised its voters a set of management activities is to know about if you will be able to fulfill what he has promised his voters that in fact many of them seem not to care much the fulfillment of the electoral promises, since regularly vote and vote again to parties and individuals who have defrauded or cheated them again and again. However, this does not distract from recognizing the right to choose is the backbone of democracy, and that means not only the obligation to choose the best possible but the President elected to assume the political responsibility to fulfill the commitments expressed in promises programs, consistent with their own political ideology.
