El artículo defiende la necesidad de que se garantice la publificación de la labor investigadora que se realiza en el Parlamento. Ello guarda relación con el derecho de acceso a la información pública, consagrado principalmente en el inciso 5) del artículo 2 de la Constitución peruana, en la medida que una cultura de la transparencia coadyuva a fomentar la confianza en la gestión pública, máxime cuando se trata del Parlamento, que congrega a los representantes elegidos por el pueblo. Finalmente, se analizan algunas restricciones a dicho acceso y jurisprudencia relevante a nivel constitucional e interamericano.

The article defends the necessity to guarantee the publification of the investigative labour carried out in Parliament. This is related to the right of access to public information, enshrined mainly in subsection 5) of Article 2 of the Peruvian Constitution, to the extent that a culture of transparency contributes to build confidence in public management, especially when is concerned with the Parliament, which brings together the representatives elected by the people. Finally, some restrictions on such access and relevant jurisprudence at the constitutional and inter-American level are analyzed.
