  La animación turística es uno de los departamentos claves de las instalaciones hoteleras que tributan a elevar el índice de satisfacción de los clientes. Uno de los principales problemas que afectan el diseño de los programas de animación actuales es la inexistencia en el mismo de manifestaciones artístico-culturales derivadas de la animación sociocultural. La presente investigación hace un análisis sobre el comportamiento de la animación en el Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca, Holguín con la finalidad de caracterizar el programa de animación actual de la entidad turística que responda a las exigencias de los clientes favoreciendo el elevado índice de satisfacción. Este estudio ha sido resultado de una amplia y profunda investigación en cuanto al desarrollo de animación sociocultural en el Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca, Holguín, centro importante debido a la amplia promoción y variedad de sus actividades recreativas, logrando que su mensaje llegue al público de una forma didáctica y efectiva.

  Tourist entertainment is one of the key departments of hotel facilities that contributes to raising the customer satisfaction index. One of the main problems that affect the design of current animation programs is the lack of artistic-cultural manifestations derived from sociocultural animation. This research makes an analysis of the behavior of animation at the Brisas Guardalavaca Hotel, Holguín in order to characterize the current entertainment program of the tourist entity that responds to the demands of customers, favoring the high satisfaction index. This study has been the result of extensive and in-depth research regarding the development of sociocultural animation in the Brisas Guardalavaca Hotel, Holguín, an important center due to the wide promotion and variety of its recreational activities, achieving that its message reaches the public in a way didactic and effective.
