    El propósito del presente artículo es describir la trascendencia de la visión estratégica desde la innovación y la calidad en el sistema de salud. La metodología utilizada para realizar la investigación es descriptiva con un enfoque cualitativo aplicando una revisión documental bibliográfica donde se analizan e interpretan las dimensiones visión estratégica, innovación y calidad y sus implicaciones de índole científico tecnológico considerandoel ámbito de la salud. El resultado obtenidomuestraque la visión estratégica a través de la innovación y la calidad como ejes dinamizadores empresariales impulsan la transformación de estas instituciones cuya orientación principal es ofrecer salud y vida para trascender a un orden superior aplicando el conocimiento científico tecnológico de vanguardia médica-asistencial.Concordando con lo expuesto, se concluyeque los servicios de salud actualmente requieren adecuar desde la visión estratégica con la innovación y la calidad nuevos enfoques gerenciales donde se establezcan acciones éticas, intelectuales y procedimentales como la prioridad consciente de administrar la medicina preventiva sobre la curativa, entre otras, tendentes a favorecer el servicio de salud con calidad originando bienestar social,garantizandouna vida saludableque permitan una existencia digna,

    The purpose of this article is to describe the importance of the strategic vision from the point of view of innovation and quality in the health system. The methodology used to carry out the research is descriptive with a qualitative approach applying a bibliographic documentary review where the dimensions of strategic vision, innovation and quality and their scientific and technological implications are analyzed and interpreted considering the health field. The result obtained shows that the strategic vision through innovation and quality as business dynamizing axes drive the transformation of these institutions whose main orientation is to offer health and life to transcend to a higher order applying the scientific-technological knowledge of medical-assistance vanguard. In agreement with the above, it is concluded that health services currently requireadapting from the strategic vision with innovation and quality new managerial approaches where ethical, intellectual and procedural actions are established as the conscious priority of administering preventive medicine over curative medicine, among others, tending to favor the health service with quality originating social welfare, guaranteeing a healthy life that allows a dignified existence.
