  El trabajo que se expone tiene por objeto de estudio el análisis de la motivación, que constituye un elemento esencial del Acto Administrativo. Mediante este se abordarán algunos fundamentos teóricos de esta, su regulación en distintos ordenamientos jurídicos y en Cuba. Han sido empleados como métodos: Inductivo-Deductivo, Análisis-Síntesis, Exegético-Jurídico y Jurídico-Comparado

  The purpose of the study presented is the analysis of motivation, which constitutes an essential element of the Administrative Act. Through this, some theoretical foundations of this will be addressed, as well as its regulation in different legal systems and in Cuba. The following methods have been used: Inductive-Deductive, Analysis-Synthesis, Exegetical-Legal and Comparative Legal.
