Fut-fémina: dinámica social de su participación en Venezuela

    La mujer ha conquistado a través de sus luchas constantes, espacios en la sociedad y el sector deporte no es la excepción. En Venezuela las niñas y mujeres están participando más en los diversos sectores sociales lo que ha permitido el posicionamiento de índole femenina en la sociedad con intenciones a fundar un cambio cultural, y en el sector deporte con la aceptación de la mujer jugando al fútbol. El propósito de este estudio esta direccionado a generar aportes teóricos, acerca de la dinámica socio-política de la participación fut-fémina en Venezuela. Metodológicamente, se apoya en el paradigma cualitativo que requirió una indagación hermenéutica, no solo del texto sino también del contexto. Es una investigación interpretativa de campo. Se utilizó la entrevista estructurada con 07 (siete) preguntas, dirigidas a diez (10) personas del género femenino que han incursionado en el fútbol venezolano. Las informantes estuvieron representadas por: tres (03) jugadoras, tres (03) entrenadoras, dos (02) árbitras y dos (02) dirigentes. Además se aplicó una encuesta de opinión. Los hallazgos obtenidos descubren que la mujer aún encuentra limitaciones para su incursión en espacios históricamente reservados a los hombres, entre ellos la disciplina como el fútbol. Esta trama teórica remite aportaciones acerca de la dinámica de la mujer venezolana en el fútbol, para generar asuntos de orden socio-políticas desde una perspectiva deportivista sobre fútbol femenino, y así repensar un estado referencial en lo académico-deportivo venezolano.

    Women have achieved spaces in different spheres of society after many struggles and the sports sector is no exception. In Venezuela, more and more women interact in women's football, breaking limitations and stereotypes that lead to the search for manifestation from a claim for gender equality that allows the positioning of women in society with a view to promoting cultural change with the acceptance of women playing football. The purpose of this study is aimed at generate theoretical contributions about the socio-political dynamics of football-female participation in Venezuela. Methodologically, it is based on the qualitative paradigm that required a hermeneutic investigation, not only of the text but also of the context. It is an interpretive type of field research. A structured interview with seven questions was used, and it was addressed to ten women who have interacted in Venezuelan women's soccer. The informants were represented by: three players, three coaches, two referees, and two managers. In addition, an opinion survey was applied. The findings obtained reveal that women still find limitations for their incursion into spaces historically reserved for men, including disciplines such as football. This study sends contributions about the dynamics of Venezuelan women in women's soccer, with the ultimate goal of connecting socio-political trends with the visions of women who perform and practice football, thus establishing a new frame of reference in Venezuela's academic and sports field.
