Resumen de De la sismicidad historica a la sismidad instrumental: El Terremoto de Cumana de 1929
This paper try to show the use of historic-seismic resources, differents scientific disciplines could integrate with each others: the historic seismicity and the instrumental seismicity following as example the Cumana's Earthquake on 17(th) January 1.929. The high grade of details, descriptions and seismological interpretation of the event, using as based tool the development of numeric models, have permitted the attainment of new parameters, in this way is easier to proyect about the future effects in the estado Sucre's capital (Cumana).
