Resumen de Un instrumento público en la Corte del Justicia de Aragón

En este artículo, analizamos un documento llamado «Instrumento público ante la Corte del Justicia de Aragón» sobre un enfrentamiento entre las localidades aragonesas de Villanueva de Gállego y Zuera en cuanto a derechos y disfrute de agua en una acequia y en base a un reconocimiento otorgado por el monarca aragonés Alfonso II en el año 1312. Este documento constituye uno de los pocos interdictos presentados ante dicho Justicia de Aragón sobre temas forales consuetudinarios que se conservan.

In this article, we analyze a document called «Public instrument before the Court of Justice of Aragon» about a confrontation between the Aragonese towns of Villanueva de Gállego and Zuera regarding rights and enjoyment of water in an irrigation ditch and based on a recognition granted by the Aragonese monarch Alfonso II in the year 1312. This document constitutes one of the few interdicts presented before said Justice of Aragon on customary regional issues that are preserved.
