  En la regulación legal de la distribución de la herencia realizada por el disponente hay que distinguir fundamentalmente dos periodos: a) Antes de la Ley de Sucesiones de Aragón de 1999, es de aplicación supletoria el Código civil siempre que no sea contrario a los principios jurídicos aragoneses. b) Después de la citada Ley (refundida en el CDFA), será de aplicación específica el artículo 368 CDFA complementado por la normativa aragonesa y subsidiariamente por las normas del Código civil que no vayan contra los principios del ordenamiento aragonés. Solo hay partición testamentaria cuando el testador nombra dos o más herederos y en pago de sus cuotas les adjudica determinados bienes

  There are two periods must be distinguished in the legal regulation of the distribution of the inheritance carried out by the disposer,: a) Before the Aragonese Inheritance Act 1999, the Spanish Civil Code is of supplementary application as long as it is not contrary to the Aragonese legal principles b) After the aforementioned Law (recast in the Aragonese Local Law), article 368 of the Aragonese Local Law will be of specific application, complemented by the Aragonese regulations and subsidiarily by the rules of the Spanish Civil Code that do not go against the principles of the Aragonese legal system. There is only a testamentary partition when the testator names two or more heirs and award them certain assents in payment of their inheritance portion.
