  • The study addresses the topic of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and sustainability, focusing, in particular, on verifying whether the regulatory passage from one concept to another has taken place. The study also examines whether specific remedies can be identified for the case of violation of corporate social responsibility rules or for the case of behaviour detrimental to stakeholders’ interests
