Resumen de Reflexión sobre el grupo como herramienta de acercamiento y transformación

  El objetivo de este escrito, proviene de una reflexión basada en parte en un artículo sobre la historia y desarrollo de la terapia de grupo en España (The State of the Art of Group Psychotherapy in Spain) en la revista Internacional Journal of group psychotherapy (2015) y del propio título del Symposium El grupo como herramienta de acercamiento transformación. Comprobamos que aunque no ha pasado un siglo desde el comienzo de los grupos como herramienta de transformación, ya ha habido muchos movimientos asociados a la gestión de derivas teóricas, que dan señas de identidad a una Asociación como la SEPTG. Ella fue pionera, controversial y debería seguir siéndolo. Esta aportación pone humildemente en evidencia algunos aspectos que ayudan a contemplar una trayectoria que debe mantener: ser un instrumento útil, proactivo y cuestionador, en un momento de transformación social y de cambios de paradigma. No podemos olvidar que los grupos son la base fundamental de la conducta humana y explica actitudes y emociones que mueven la realidad social que estamos compelidos a compartir. Pensar en la interacción y la interdependencia con los otros, esos otros, que puede dar pistas del cambio y la transformación de personas, grupos y comunidades.

  The aim of this paper comes from a reflection based in part on an article on the history and development of group therapy in Spain (The State of the Art of Group Psychotherapy in Spain) in the International Journal of Group Psychotherapy (2015 ) and also in the title of the Symposium The group as a tool of approach and transformation. We found that although it has not been a century since the start of the groups as a tool of transformation, there have already been many movements associated with the management of theoretical drifts, which give identity to an association as SEPTG. She was pioneered and controversial and should remain so. This contribution puts humbly in evidence some aspects that help to contemplate a path to keep: to be a useful instrument proactive and questioner, at a time of social transformation and paradigm shifts. We can not forget that the groups are the fundamental basis of human behavior and explains attitudes and emotions that move the social reality that we are compelled to share. Thinking about interaction and interdependence with others, those others who can give clues of change and transformation of individuals, groups and communities.
