Resumen de Importancia de la profesionalización docente en la educación básica en México

El presente ensayo tiene como objetivo analizar que uno de los problemas que más atañe al sector educativo es la falta de la profesionalización docente en la educación, enfatizando que esta necesidad tomó mayor fuerza a principios del confinamiento por SARS-CoV-2 ya que las competencias digitales, la planeación y las clases a distancia fueron un reto considerable en los distintos niveles de la educación, por ello es necesario analizar el diseño curricular 2022 y los elementos que lo componen aunado al Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2019-2024 que plantea la NEM (Nueva Escuela Mexicana) proponiendo líneas de acción para erradicar dicha necesidad. De acuerdo a los objetivos de brindar educación integral a los estudiantes se impulsa al personal docente a capacitarse y revalorizar su profesionalización para facilitar más el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje dentro del contexto educativo, tomando en cuenta las necesidades y condiciones de los estudiantes, el contexto donde se desarrolla, se considera que es de suma importancia analizar este factor ya que la profesionalización docente es el camino para la excelencia educativa.Palabras clave:Diseño curricular, profesionalización docente, contexto, revalorización, enseñanza-aprendizaje.

The objective of this essay is to analyze that one of the problems that most concerns the educational sector is the lack of teacher professionalization in education, emphasizing that this need took greater force at the beginning of the confinement by SARS-CoV-2 since digital skills, the planning and distance classes were a considerable challenge at the different levels of education, for this reason it is necessary to analyze the 2022 curricular design and the elements that compose it together with the National Development Plan 2019-2024 proposed by the NEM (New Mexican School ) proposing lines of action to eradicate this need. In accordance with the objectives of providing comprehensive education to students, the teaching staff is encouraged to train and revalue their professionalization to further facilitate the teaching-learning process within the educational context, taking into account the needs and conditions of the students, the context where is developed, it is considered that it is extremely important to analyze this factor since teacher professionalization is the path to educational excellence.Keywords:Curricular design, teacher professionalization, context, revaluation, teaching-learning.
