Resumen de Resortes de muelle gigantes en la producción fibularia de la Hispania céltica: El destacado registro del oppidum vacceo-romano de Pintia (Padilla de Duero/Pesquera de Duero, Valladolid)

Se aborda la revisión y ampliación de la tipología establecida por E. Cabré y J. A. Morán para los resortes de fíbulas que denominaron gigantes. Se trata de variantes hipertróficas del tradicional resorte de muelle que, de forma tan recurrente, fue incorporado en la producción fibularia de la Hispania céltica. El análisis comparativo de los valores absolutos y porcentuales extraídos de distintas colecciones de fíbulas nos ha permitido vislumbrar cuál o cuáles debieron ser el o los principales centros de creación y producción, y desde dónde se irradiaron este tipo de resortes, destacando, a la luz de los nuevos hallazgos, el oppidum vacceo de Pintia (Padilla/Pesquera de Duero, Valladolid).

Herein, the review and expansion of the typology established by E. Cabré and J. A. Morán for the spring mechanisms of fibulae, which they called giants, is addressed. These are hyper-trophic variations of the traditional spring mechanism that were so recurrently incorporated in the fibulae production of Celtic Hispania. The comparative analysis of absolute and percentage values extracted from different collections of fibulae has allowed us to glimpse which one or ones must have been the main centers of creation and production, and from where this type of spring mechanism radiated, highlighting, in light of new findings, the vaccean oppidum of Pintia (Padilla/Pesquera de Duero, Valladolid).
