    En este artículo se pretenderá desarrollar en mayor profundidad el régimen jurídico de la comunidad por turnos aplicable a aeronaves previsto en el libro quinto del Código Civil Catalán, dado el carácter puramente declarativo de la institución en el respectivo precepto donde se encuentra, adentrándonos en sus particularidades por razón de su ámbito objetivo.

    Asimismo, se pretende hacer un análisis comparado de semejante régimen de copropiedad, tanto a nivel de otras figuras jurídicas afines; así como desde la perspectiva del Derecho comparado en sentido estricto. Se adentrará también en los aspectos controvertidos que pueda acarrear dicha figura jurídica: por una parte, en relación con la competencia del legislador autonómico para establecerla y desarrollarla; así como, por otra parte, con el régimen de registro y matriculación de aeronaves en España.

    This article seeks to develop in greater depth the legal regime of the aircraft timesharing provision established in the fifth book of the Catalan Civil Code, given the purely declarative nature of the institution in the respective precept where it is located, delving into the particularities because of its scope. Likewise, it is intended to make a comparative analysis of such a co-ownership regime, both at the level of other related local legal figures; as well from the perspective of comparative law stricto sensu. It will also delve into the controversial aspects that this legal figure may entail, on the one hand in relation to the competence of the autonomous legislator to foresee and develop it; as well as in relation to aircraft registration framework in Spain.
