En esta investigación nos hemos centrado en el estudio de los neveros, infraestructuras destinadas a la conservación de hielo, como una propiedad municipal que suponía una fuente más de ingresos para los municipios correspondientes. El objeto principal de nuestro interés ha sido el nevero de Onddo, único elemento de esta índole localizado, por el momento, en Andoain. Esta infraestructura se construyó en la segunda mitad del siglo XVII y será esta la época que se estudia en el presente artículo. Uno de los objetivos de esta investigación es dar a conocer una actividad económica hoy en día practicamente olvidada.

Ikerketa honetan elurzuloen ikasketan arreta jarri dugu. Azpiegitura hauek izotza edukitzeko erabiltzen ziren eta udalentzat diru-sarreren iturri bat ziren. Gure arretaren xedea "Onddo" elurzuloa izan da, Andoainen oraingoz, bakarrik elurzulo hau aurkitu da. Azpiegitura hau XVII. mendeko bigarren erdian eraiki zuten eta artikulu honetan garai hau ikasiko da. Ikerketa honen xedearekiko bat gaur egun ahaztu den ekonomiko iharduera ezagutzeko ematea da.

In this research we have dealt with the study of the snow wells, infrastructures that were use to keep ice, like a municipal property that was another source of income for each township. The main object of our interest has been the snow well of Onddo that is the only one of this kind located, by the moment, in Andoain. This infrastructure was built in the second half of the XVII century and this is the period that is studied in this article. One of the goals of this research is to show an economical activity nowadays lost in memory.
