En el artículo se examina el texto elegíaco dedicado a la impotencia viril, según lo escribió el poeta iraquí Abū Ḥukayma, a través de su Dīwān fī l-Ayriyyāt, una de las obras más completas de la literatura árabe obscena (muǧūn) en lo que a la descripción del miembro genital masculino se refiere. El objetivo principal de nuestro trabajo es, en primer lugar, explicar el género literario en el que mejor se ve representado el poemario en cuestión, el género de muǧūn. En segundo lugar, damos a conocer las características principales del contenido de la obra y, a continuación, analizamos los tres escenarios principales de Ayriyyāt: la elegía a la muerte y la somnolencia del órgano genital, la descripción metafórica del miembro viril en la guerra y el incesante desconsuelo en las relaciones amorosas del autor, en especial, con su amada Sulayma.
This article aims to examine the elegiac text dedicated to the virile impotence of the Iraqi poet Abū Ḥukayma, through his Dīwān fī l-Ayriyyāt, one of the most complete works of obscene Arabic literature (muǧūn) in terms of description of the male genital member refers. The main objective of our work is, first of all, to explain the literary genre in which the collection of poems in question is best represented, the genre of muǧūn. Secondly, we present the main characteristics of the content of the work and, then, we analyze the three main scenarios of Ayriyyāt: the elegy to death and the drowsiness of the genital organ, the metaphorical description of the virile member in war and the incessant disconsolation in the love relationships that happens to the author, especially with Sulayma's love affair.
