    El trabajo analiza el derecho de acceso a la información del servicio de protección civil, de la actividad administrativa que debe prever los riesgos, prevenirlos y planificar la actuación frente a emergencias catastróficas.  Se demuestra cómo se ha ido ampliando no solo el derecho a conocer el riesgo que soporta una población en un territorio, sino también el derecho a conocer las medidas preventivas adoptadas por los poderes públicos, antes y durante la gestión de las emergencias de protección civil. Y en la fase de recuperación.

    Este artículo estudia el sector, y la evolución del mismo que hoy ordena la Ley del Sistema Nacional de Protección Civil, para destacar que se consagran derechos ya aplicables en las normas de transparencia y del derecho de acceso a la información administrativa.

    This article analyzes the right of access to information from the civil protection service, the administrative activity that must foresee risks, prevent them and plan action in the face of catastrophic emergencies. It is demonstrated how not only the right to know the risk borne by a population and in a territory has been expanded, but also the right to know the preventive measures adopted by public powers, before and during the management of civil protection emergencies. . And in the recovery phase. This article studies the sector, and its evolution as currently mandated by the Law of the National Civil Protection System, to highlight that applicable rights are enshrined in the transparency regulations and the right of access to administrative information.
