    Los gobiernos kirchneristas (2003-2015) marcaron un parteaguas en las políticas de la memoria de la última dictadura militar en Argentina, permitiendo que se establecieran sitios de memorias y se aperturaran numerosos juicios, que son hoy un referente a nivel internacional en materia de Derechos Humanos. Sin embargo, esto generó un proceso de institucionalización de la memoria que ha tenido consecuencias políticas para el movimiento social.  El objetivo de este artículo es indagar en algunos factores socio-históricos que posibilitaron llegar a este proceso de estatización, revisando el papel central que tuvo el movimiento de derechos humanos en el diseño de estas políticas y las tensiones que se generaron en su seno. Me interesa además analizar críticamente las políticas emprendidas, resaltando la importancia de mantener el carácter dinámico de las memorias para evitar su estancamiento.

    The Kirchner governments (2003-2015) marked a turning point in the politics of historical memory regarding the last military dictatorship in Argentina, allowing the establishment of memorial sites and the opening of numerous trials, a process that today has become a reference in international Human Rights. However, it also caused an institutionalization of the historical memory, that has led to political consequences for the social movement. The objective of this article is to examine some of the socio-historic factors that facilitated the nationalization process of the historical memory, reviewing the central role played by the human rights movement in the design of the Kirchner politics as well as the tensions within. I will also conduct a critical analysis of the policies undertaken, stressing the importance of maintaining the dynamic nature of memories to avoid their stagnation.
