Varón de 65 años con múltiples antecedentes, entre ellos, consumo perjudicial de alcohol hasta agosto del 2022, varices esofágicas y encefalopatía hepática, que, tras estar ingresado en digestivo durante 8 días por una colangitis aguda, se realiza un TOH programado, precisando intubación orotraqueal y aporte de drogas vasoactivas, por tanto, ingreso en UCI.

A 65-year-old man with multiple history, including harmful alcohol consumption until August 2022, esophageal varicose veins and hepatic encephalopathy, who after being admitted to the digestive tract for 8 days for acute cholangitis, underwent scheduled OLT, requiring orotracheal intubation and administration of vasoactive drugs, therefore, admission to the ICU.
