    la investigación se desarrolló en la Escuela Juan Celio  Secaira del Cantón San José de Chimbo de la provincia Bolívar con los estudiantes de séptimo año de Educación Básica. Aborda una temática metódica que está en correspondencia con las características que exigen las ciencias cibernéticas, al reconocer que en los albores actuales las nuevas generaciones hacen uso ilimitado de los equipos tecnológicos en los proceso de comunicación social. El objetivo de la investigación es desarrollar aprendizajes argumentativos en los estudiantes, mediante la utilización de estrategias tecnológicas cognoscentes, que contribuyan en el fortalecimiento del proceso pedagógico. Se diseñó una bitácora o blog como puente tecnológico, el cual permite trabajar en equipo, desarrollar el pensamiento y la creatividad, convirtiéndose en una herramienta didáctica en el desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas.

    the research was carried out at the Juan Celio Secaira School in the San José de Chimbo Canton of the Bolívar province with the seventh year students of Basic Education. It addresses a methodical theme that is in correspondence with the characteristics required by the cybernetic sciences, recognizing that in the current dawn the new generations make unlimited use of technological equipment in the process of social communication. The objective of the research is to develop argumentative learning in students, through the use of cognitive technological strategies that contribute to the strengthening of the pedagogical process. A blog or blog was designed as a technological bridge, which allows teamwork, develop thinking and creativity, becoming a didactic tool in the development of cognitive skills.
