    El objetivo de esta investigación es reflexionar sobre el impacto del microaprendizaje en el proceso de construcción del conocimiento en la era digital, posibilitando en el estudiante un aprendizajepersonalizado,interactivoyflexible.Metodológicamente,fuedesarrolladadesde el enfoque documental, permitiendo la revisión de distintas fuentes que posibilitaron identificar investigaciones relevantes sobre el microaprendizaje y cómo se ha fortalecido en la era digital. En dicho proceso se indagó, recolectó y organizó la información relacionada a la construcción del conocimiento basado en este tipo de aprendizaje en una era definida por la digitalización e hiperconectividad. En tal sentido, se logró la comprensión de nuevos significados sustentados en el análisis, reflexión e interpretación de la información consultada. Como resultado se reconoce al microaprendizaje como una estrategia efectiva para la adquisición de conocimientos y competencias de manera rápida y personalizada. En laeradigitalhalogradofortalecersegraciasalconectivismo,alavancedelaweb4.0yaluso de dispositivos móviles. Sin embargo, existe una real preocupación por la calidad de su contenido y el potencial riesgo para conducir al aislamiento y la desconexión del estudiante. En conclusión, el microaprendizaje en la era digital se ha convertido en una herramienta valiosaparalaconstruccióndesaberesatravésdecápsulasdeaprendizajesquefortalecenel proceso educativo individual y colectivo, siendo posible gracias a la utilización de recursos y tecnologías digitales. Ha demostrado ser eficaz para el aprendizaje interactivo y flexible adaptado a las necesidades estudiantiles y al desarrollo de competencias específicas

    The objective of this research is to reflect on the impact of microlearning in the process of knowledge construction in the digital age, enabling the student a personalized, interactive and flexible learning. Methodologically, it was developed from the documentary approach, allowingthereviewofdifferentsourcesthatmadeitpossibletoidentifyrelevantresearchon microlearningandhowithasbeenstrengthenedinthedigitalage.Inthisprocess,information related to the construction of knowledge based on this type of learning was investigated, collected and organized in an era defined by digitalization and hyperconnectivity. In this sense, the understanding of new meanings supported by the analysis, reflection and interpretation of the information consulted was achieved. As a result, microlearning is recognized as an effective strategy for the acquisition of knowledge and skills in a fast and personalized way. In the digital era, it has managed to strengthen itself thanks to connectivism, the advancement of web 4.0 and the use of mobile devices. However, there is arealconcernaboutthequalityofitscontentandthepotentialrisktoleadtostudentisolationanddisconnection.Inconclusion,microlearninginthedigitalagehasbecomeavaluabletool for the construction of knowledge through learning capsules that strengthen the individual and collective educational process, being possible thanks to the use of digital resources and technologies. It has proven to be effective for interactive and flexible learning adapted to student needs and the development of specificskills.
